Tonagura Episode 1

Tonagura ecchi anime starts with an opening song and a show of Kazuki's panties! The opening song, "Dramatic Girly", by lots of girls according to ANN sounds good. I like it! Ok, it is time for the first detailed episode guide for Tonagura.

Tonagura starts with a girl looking out of her window into her balcony. She mentions, "30 centimeters. The distance between her between her and her first love." She tells us about her past; how her first love left but now he is coming back. She must be excited. By the way, the girl is named Kazuki Arisaka.

At school, Kazuki cheerfully enters school greeting anyone. A weird girl from behind a trees mentions, "strange...", perhaps at Kazuki's behavior. In class, Kazuki answers the teacher's question perfectly. Strange... At lunch time, Kazuki was able to acquire the Maboroshi curry bread and Yakisoba bread (food items that usually runs out fast at lunchtime). Strange... While preparing to swim, it looks like a normal stretching routine but Strange... Kazuki was able to beat her own record. Strange... While cleaning the poolside, Kazuki was cheerfully humming. Strange... As Kazuki was leaving the swim club, she was abducted by a girl.

Chihaya (abductor) tells Kazuki that something is "strange" with her today. She wants Kazuki to spill the beans. Kazuki has no choice but to tell her about her crush's return. Kazuki denies to Chihaya that she does not like him anymore but Chihaya grabs her wallet revealing a picture of a young guy. Chihaya cheers him on about her first love having a bigger chance of coming true this time.

Kazuki goes home and shows the cake that she has made. Her busty sister greets her and invites her to greet their new visitors. Her sister makes fun of her "mentioning about her baking a cake to celebrate the reunion with her childhood friend that she promised to marry and stayed up all night baking the cake". Kazuki strongly denies it but her sister has evidence. A bag full of failed cake creations. (@screenshots, her sister looks cute while teasing kazuki). Finally Kazuki admits defeat and admits that she stayed all night long for the cake.

The next scene gives the ecchi that we are all been waiting for. Kazuki undressing in her room. While in her underwear, Kazuki thinks about the guy (Yuuji) and wonders how he looks now and if he has changed. Kazuki imagines Yuuji as her prince charming and moments later stops herself from imagining further. As Kazuki was preparing her clothes, a guy's voice calls her.

The guy stops in front of Kazuki and upon seeing her in her underwear, his expression changed into a perverted face and runs to her. Kazuki's sister and Marie (Yuuji's brother) also enters the room and they see Yuuji trying to do some ecchi things to Kazuki. Kazuki gives Yuuji two straight punches but it had to effect. Marie transforms her teddy bear into a rifle (yes a rifle!) and shoots Yuuji with paintball bullets.

Yuuji runs away but Kazuki's sister grabs him and throws him back to Kazuki. Her sister tells them that this is their long awaited reunion so they should be together. Yuuji lands on Kazuki but she pushes him away. In the middle of the commotion, Kazuki's bra seemed to have risen thus luring again the perverted instincts of Yuuji. This time, Kazuki uses a strong punch that makes Yuuji fly away. Marie reports the threat as silenced and mission accomplished. Is she a robot or what?

Kazuki is in a foul mood after what happened. She could not imagine that her childhood friend and first love grew up to be a perverted boy. All that Yuuji does is to stare at her looking for openings in her. Kazuki and Yuuji gets into an argument but Kazuki's sister (ok her name is Hatsune so I'm gonna call her Hatsune from now on) continues to tease Kazuki. Yuuji tries to suggest some perverted activities but gets kicked hard by Kazuki. Hatsune calmly approaches Yuuji and Yuuji tries to do some ecchi things to her. Kazuki arises in anger but Marie was first to react by shooting Yuuji with her rifle. Marie explains that in order to protect herself from perverts such as Yuuji, she asked her father for a practice air-rifle. Yuuji tries to complain but is shot down again.

Kazuki complains about Yuuji but Hatsune teases her. Yuuji revives and runs to Kazuki but is greeted by an uppercut. Yuuji starts to talk about making good memories again but as Kazuki starts to soften, Yuuji perverted attacks again thus he gets knocked out. (haha Kazuki is so gullible)

Kazuki is very angry and locked herself in her room. She was very disappointed at Yuuji. Her first love was a pervert. Her cake was a waste. She recalls the day they first met but is cut short when Yuuji appeared in front of her. Yuuji tries to eat the cake but Kazuki drops her leg on him. Instead of feeling pain, Yuuji settles for the view he got instead. Kazuki hides the cake but Yuuji tries to do ecchi things to her and he gets thrown out of the room.


Yuuji is on the balcony and recalls the memories he had there. He calls out to Kazuki, talking about their past and their memories. Kazuki is still frustrated at the fact that her first love, Yuuji, is now a pervert. Yuuji continues to talk about it and Kazuki is shocked that Yuuji remembers their past. She goes out of the balcony and sees Hatsune, Yuuji and Marie sitting down with a feast.

They started eating happily although it seemed that they were poisoned by Kazuki's cake. Hatsune comments that Kazuki is weak in cooking... thus ending our first episode of Tonagura.

My ending song comment, "Aitai Kimochi Kara~Placid Time", sounds like a pop song with a catchy chorus. It has a nice melody. ^_^

Oh well, there goes episode one... I can't believe that it took me two hours just for one episode. Although I also spent time lying down, eating dinner and doing other stuffs. Also to add about the story, Tonagura seems like a story filled anime so my episode guide of this will be lengthy. Oh well, I am not making summaries so it is still going to be detailed. Watch out for episode two of the ecchi tonagura!
Btw, Kazuki reminds me of Narusegawa from Love Hina, one punch knockdowns.
